Recommendations from me!

These tools are my recommendations for a productive, efficient, organisation. Most of them I either use every day or have previously used.

Organisations

The Entrepreneurs Circle – so much good stuff for £99/month, and your first month is free and you can cancel at any time – including before your first payment. Loads of online resources, training sessions, free events in person and online. Just sign up! (This is a referral link which offers you a free month and no commitment.)

The Federation of Small Businesses is a not for profit which does good work representing small businesses to the Government. But more relevantly it also provides members with big savings, support and free services. I use a FSB branded bank account with the Co-op (totally free business banking), and their legal hub is brilliant, and comes with free phone calls with an employment, tax oe contract lawyer whenever you need them.

CRM system

Close - The best CRM for B2B companies, which I have used daily for nearly 10 years. It’s probably what I use to email or phone you! Fast, easy to use, powerful and constantly being updated, Close also comes with personal and direct contact with the team behind it. I can’t recommend it enough. (This is a referral link.)

Generating Leads

I’ve found ScoreApp to be completely amazing - indeed it may be that a ScoreCard linked to from an advert is how you found me! Asking potential leads the right questions, and giving them immediate answers as well as the opportunity to engage more builds creditability and gives you loads of useful information on your prospects. Build Your Own App

If you want to build your own App to run your company on, I can recommend Claris FileMaker Pro. I’ve been using this daily since 1997, and it is super easy to use and yet super powerful. You have various AI options out there now, but I’m told the quality of the code is not sensible for a non coder to risk their business on.
